i think they have to actually catch you in the act.
i dont think its being a cunt, ppl waste too much water and theres not much left. sure the gonverment should have planned for this earlier but they havent, so ppl should stop shit like watering the paths and driveways, and if i wasnt such as lazy prick id dob them in. ive already pulled over to abose people watering leaves off their driveways into the gutter, they used to do it every weekend but after i went nuts at them, havent done it since

Funny, we were talking about this at tafe tonight. Some one said, that have to catch you in the act, then some one said take a picture of the person doing the crime, some guy said he filmed some guys shooting at his water tank with guns for proof but then he got in shit for all that privacy crap, how stupid is that.

The "council" built some kind of spill way for some "Anticipated" 100 year flood next to our house, And they water it every day for hours using our street's fire hidrant

phil, SEQ's is only 2 or 3% of storage capacity away from even stricter water restrictions.
expect to be saying that about brisbane when we get the same kind of restrictions that syd and melb have.

What if.. say.. I was going to water my backyard .. after 4pm.. and unfortunately I had parked my car there and was too lazy to move it.. hmm.. somehow most of the water ended up hitting my car.. hmmm.. 
I'd rather water my car than my back yard AND it would use less water!
I don't see what's wrong with choosing to water my car INSTEAD OF watering my backyard.

I think you'll find that if you wash your car on the lawn in the allotted time slot then there would be no problem with that.Just turn it off when you are doing the sponge work or get someone to hold it on the lawn.

at the missus' place, we time washing the cars with the hose so it coincides with the neighbour washing his car with a hose. said neighbour is a cop, so i figure there wont be any trouble.
