various corona questions

ok i got a few questions.
1) Does anyone have any opinions on monroe gt gas shocks. Are they suitable for road and occasional track use or would they be a lil spongey.
2) Can carina front lights be fitted onto coronas ( rt142 ). How much work is required. i like the look of them more. and where can i find some.
3) Are there any sway bars that can fittet to my corona ie other toyota items. Also who makes the best ( cheapest ) bushes for my suspension as mine are shot to pieces. approx prices, where from
4) my clutch is on it's way out and i need to get another one. last clutch change i put a heavy duty pressure plate in so should i
a) change just the clutch plate and give the pressure plate a wipe down
b) buy new clutch and pressure plate.
also, does anyone have any recomendations on what clutch i should get eg brands.
remember, like many of us i don't wanna spend more than i have to but i dont want to be having to re-do all of the work in 6 - 12 months time.
cheers for all of your help. sorry for such a long post.

1) I have monroe GT gas front strut inserts and kyb rear shocks, they are fine for me but generally you can stiifen it up with lowered springs and swaybars etc a bit more. I am still running standard ride height springs just heavy duty, lot better tahn before still pretty soft though.
2)??????¿
3) you can get sway bars off the tt142 but i am not sure whether they fit the rt142 maybe only the st141's
4)???????????

Monroe shocks are good for taxis and mum's hatchback. If you're planning to go to the track do yourself a favour and get real shocks.
As for the clutch, take the whole thing to a clutch shop and they'll tell you if the PP is OK.

With shocks it's basically a case of "you get what you pay for". Your choices are likely to be fairly limited though, so your best bet is to have a chat with a good suspension shop and they can give you a list of possibilities and recommend something to match your needs.
As for the sway bar, it's the same chassis so I can't think of any reason it wouldn't fit.

i can tell you that koni. kyb and whiteline don't make shocks for the corona, thats why i have the monroe's. The rear kyb's on mine are off a crown or cressida or something they fit but they are not ment to, they stuffed my order but only found out when fitting the front struts as they'd given us a double wishbone shock. they rears were identical.
