They are a direct replacement for the front of an AE86. they are the same size as standard but are solid and slotted.
These are for pick up in Sydney area only (forgot to mention earlier)..... Sorry.

unfortunately they are not avaliable in vented which is why they won't fit on my car (i think i have the import brakes) the solid discs are 12.5mm thick where as the vented ones are about 18mm.

quick question,
how much am i looking at to upgrade the drums at the back to discs. if i upgrade the front i'll upgrade the back also, and i aint "upgrading" to fully hectic drums... anyone know a ball-park figure? my 86 is my daily driver so locking up the front and having the back swing around all the time wouldn't be smart on the road

on a light car, drums arent bad at all, being a street car it definitely wont be bad or (lock up the front) etc
jap rear discs are pretty small anyway, the difference would be illegable, once u did a few repeated stops then the discs would be better
many people have to fiddle with the bias so the rears actually work ahhahaha
it is very costly for small results
im all for discs but dont come back complaining when your hand brake doesnt do fully sik skids!

Rear discs are a waste of money.
As are these poo slotted discs. $140 each for non vented WHATS THE POINT. They will cook in no time.

thanks for the advice truenosedan. I can't afford to upgrade my brakes at all at the moment anyway, big cost for small difference is even more reason not to bother. cheers

Or you could use the diff out of a celica RA60 cause it fits strait in, all you have to do is get the tailshaft adapted and there you go.. instant disc brake upgrade (pity about the open center though).
This is what I have in my AE86 and it works fine. A brake upgrade was required cause of the substantial power increase with the engine transplant.
