It's good to see more and more people are using firefox. It still loads pages slower than IE but only by a fraction.
It's pros far outweigh minor cons.

If you do any web development, the Web Developer toolbar is GREAT!
tabextensions is a must-have.
Foxy Tunes is good if you listen to music a lot like I do.
Flashgot is awesome for... errm... those sites that have thumbnail galleries and you want to bulk download all the real files.... 
Weather Fox is cool.
Can't think of any more ATM...
Oh, and for themes, check out the Pimp one!! It's awesome!!
And Aaron Spuler makes great themes too. Just do a google search and you'll find his website.
