Anyone have an idea what these are? They're in a silver top 20v

finaly got around to pulling that baby down eh..
they look very much like 8.0:1 c/r 4agze pistons, look the same as the ones outta the feral's old gze engine.

haha, yep.
With the sale of the other 4age, I thought I'd get rid of the rest of the 4ag stuff.
I reckon you're on the money about the 4agze pistons, when I bought the engine I was told that it had forged pistons.
Anyways, off to the parts for sale section

Yep - The ZE pistons were built by ART for Toyota.

yes those are definitly early 4agze pistons.
got a pic here of some brand spankers, but cant be arsed loading it up

there is a thread here with pics of both the early model and a brand new late model gze piston, with very close up pics showing some grain structure...
gze piston analysis i think it was... use google to search.
