huh nobody knows hey? well i think they are 17" rims from the new camry, theres a set going cheap at toyota, just thought i'd ask incase someone knew?

no. different PCD. all Camry's after 1992(gen 3 and up) have a PCD of 5x114.3 and celica's (ST 1xx, 2xx, ZZT231) are 5x100.
