how do these clips stay in place? I can't figure out how they lock the throw out bearing ears and clutch fork together, i've turned them both ways, and each time they just fall off Confused

is this some kind of engineering lazyness that they couldn't think of a more tighter locking mechanism? Rolling Eyes

when i changed the clutch on my 4AC i found it only had one of these clips,

from memory they dont hang on very well, but one way seemd to make more sense than the other, try bending them a bit more closed, might help.

and what ever you do, dont lose them! very hard to find

I made up a couple with some long noe pliers and some metal!
