Prog: to save Marcomedia Flash as bmp/jpg & gif?

Website content are now often done with macromedia flash.
Just curious if there is a program that is freeware or shareware without limits or wiht aknown crack.
To save macromedia Flash content as images such as bmp/jpeg. And as small movies like gif, if it is a motion picture.

if you want images, the "print screen" key on ur keyboard does it fine

Bah whats the print screen key meant to do?
Neva used it.....
And I meant I wanted images in digi format on th epc, not hardcopy.

when u press print screen it doenst print the page out... it saves it in mem so when u paste it into... say mspaint it will show wat ever was on the screen in paint, etc...
otherwise view source and search for a *.swf file or something

How about Macromedia Flash Creator? lol when you export your 'movie' you have the option whether to make it flash or gif.. or whatever.
