it dosent really matter if they are smaller, just buy two.

You should get mates who work at maccas, Once apon a time after a lengthy shift at work i was feeling ravished. So i stopped off at maccas for the usual double cheese burger, making the burger was my friend adam. I payed my money in return for goods and services and went on my merry way, when i unwrapped the delicious burger i noticed it was quite hefty in weight, then i discovered there was 5 pieces of meat and approximately 40 million pieces of cheese on this mother of a cheese burger....i almost died via beef poisoning. The end.

Not only that.... but on TV they advertised the new roast chicken sub @ subway, the ad made it look so dam nice, so i went and got one, and it was rather dissapointing. Tasted like crap. Chicken fillet still ownz. The lazy ass who made it dun a pretty shit job though. Probably could of tasted better if it was made by sumone who had a bit of pride in their job.

Earlier this year I went to Hungry Jack's and went to fill up a drink. The drink thingy had 3 nozzles and one of them was pushed out and aimed to the left instead of down, spraying my friend. The only problem was he didn't get hit by Fanta.. he got hit by water!
I then tested the other drinks out and they are ALL mixed with water!
Apparently it's been like that for sometime but I hadn't noticed.
Tsk tsk tsk.. I was one of the people who asked for drinks without the ice but looks like you're not going to get a whole drink no matter what you do.
Shame on you big, large, rich corporations!

| You could buy a pizza for that price, and it'll actually fill you up.
Maccas is the new chinese food. You eat it, and 10 mins later you're hungry again.

That's because you're around them every day all day and wouldn't notice.
And I wouldn't call them burgers either. The last thing they had that even remotely resembled a burger was the Mcfeast. I'd call them closer to a meat and sauce bun.

thats right, quarter pounder x 4

Yea that's cool. Until you have a heart attack. Those things are dripping when they pile that much crap together. Maybe one with no cheese would be better......

Actually only coke can come and calibrate the syrups. They send out reps who conduct a lot of tests as it has to pass their quality control measures. Post mix always tastes like shit.

Apparently the store owner can set whatever prices they want for the store, within a range. I work with one of the managers from Albion Park Rail, he says the store owner set the prices at maximum. None of the locals go there, only the holiday traffic heading down the coast.

Proof please.
I've yet to see storage areas or even the boxes themselves carry a haz-chem warning, dangerous chemical handling and accidental spillage procedure signs. Plus the places that have these things don't have designated acid eye wash bath or even haz-chem protection suits to handle the stuff either. And finally, they don't include dangerous chemical handling procedures in the training videos for the fast food joints.

I dont understand why? Coke syrup is just that. Syrup. I can't see that as being very corrosive. Its the carbonated water, AFAIK that makes coke acidic.

Water Or Coke ???
Which one is the 'Real Thing' ???
We all know that water is important but you've never seen it written down like this before.
WATER
1. 75% of Americans are chronically dehydrated. (Likely applies to half world population.)
2. In 37% of Americans, the thirst mechanism is so weak that it is often mistaken for hunger.
3. Even MILD dehydration will slow down one's metabolism as much as 3%.
4. One glass of water will shut down midnight hunger pangs for almost 100% of the dieters studied in a University of Washington study.
5. Lack of water, the #1 trigger of daytime fatigue.
6. Preliminary research indicates that 8-10 glasses of water a day could significantly ease back and joint pain for up to 80% of sufferers.
7. A mere 2% drop in body water can trigger fuzzy short-term memory, trouble with basic math, and difficulty focusing on the computer screen or on a printed page.
8. Drinking 5 glasses of water daily decreases the risk of colon cancer by 45%, plus it can slash the risk of breast cancer by 79%, and one is 50%less likely to develop bladder cancer. Are you drinking the amount of water you should every day?
COKE
1. In many states (in the USA) the highway patrol carries two gallons of Coke in the trunk to remove blood from the highway after a car accident.
2. You can put a T-bone steak in a bowl of coke and it will be gone in two days.
3. To clean a toilet: Pour a can of Coca-Cola into the toilet bowl and let the "real thing" sit for one hour, then flush clean. The citric acid in Coke removes stains from vitreous china.
4. To remove rust spots from chrome car bumpers: Rub the bumper with a rumpled-up piece of Reynolds Wrap aluminum foil dipped in Coca-Cola.
5. To clean corrosion from car battery terminals: Pour a can of Coca-Cola over the terminals to bubble away the corrosion.
6. To loosen a rusted bolt: Applying a cloth soaked in Coca-Cola to the rusted bolt for several minutes.
7. To bake a moist ham: Empty a can of Coca-Cola into the baking pan, wrap the ham in aluminum foil, and bake. Thirty minutes before the ham is finished, remove the foil, allowing the drippings to mix with the Coke for a sumptuous brown gravy.
8. To remove grease from clothes: Empty a can of coke into a load of greasy clothes, add detergent, and run through a regular cycle. The Coca-Cola will help loosen grease stains. It will also clean road haze from your windshield.
FOR YOUR INFORMATION:
1. The active ingredient in Coke is phosphoric acid. Its pH is 2.8. It will dissolve a nail in about four days. Phosphoric acid also leaches calcium from bones and is a major contributor to the rising increase in osteoporosis.
2. To carry Coca-Cola syrup (the concentrate) the commercial truck must use the Hazardous Material place cards reserved for highly corrosive materials.
3. The distributors of coke have been using it to clean the engines of their trucks for about 20 years!
Now the question is, would YOU like a glass of water or Coke?

Right
Bullocks dude.
Citric acid.. and phosphoric acid? Which one is it? Add coke, then add detergent? Whats the point? If coke is acidic, adding detergent, which is basic, literally neutralises the mixture; which really takes away the whole point of using the detergent in the first place.
Our bodies have the ability to neutralise most effects of acidity of coke without any harm. If not the first can of coke you ever had, you would have popped.

you want a burger thats not small, local takeaway place in st andrews does a mean chicken burger, huge piece of seasoned chciken snitzel cut in half and stack for a massive filling burger, honest you don't really need chips with it but you do cos its just done. 4.80 for the burger though

Mate move to QLD then... We still have that burger. QLD was the only state that voted to keep it.

I had a burger from oporto burger for the first and last time. It was full of mayo and 5 slices of lettuce. Not to mention the slipperyness of the chicken paddy. Worst Burger Ever. I'm addicted to maccas choclate shakes at the moment and dont get me started on maccas cookies, mmmmmm cookies

either way after reading that i don't drink coke anymore
|
Yes it does destroy teeth. I need $200 worth of dentist work to fix my acid damaged teeth. But it is the sugar that is the harmful agent. And I used to drink A LOT of coke ~4 years ago. Now I prefer shit like lemon squash which I now drink only rarely, and make sure that I finish the drink before the meal (to wash the shit off my teeth), or to have a shot of water to drink afterwards.
As for the rest, you need to watch mythbusters dude.

Probably because they're too used to the slang of people saying pounder instead of quarter pounder and think you only want half a bun.
