i wouldnt go running 15psi on the stock i/c but i would expect with a sizeable front mount and the mods you have quoted that 200-220rwkw would not be unexpected on a dyno dynamix dyno. A friend of mine make 226kw atw on a dyno dynamics and its an auto with similar mods and 14psi

its not the flow its heatsoak im not too sure about jza70 intercoolers but with most oem i/c's they are only really efficient at disapating heat at stock boost pressures.
Furthermore from memory 1jzgte's stock turbines wheels are ceramic and therefore running them at anything higher than 14psi is asking for a turbine wheel stuck in the cat. This may not allways the case as i have heard of people making them last at 18psi.
Have you had custom dump pipes made for the turbos as the factory one is supposed to be quite restrictive from what i hear there are good gains to be made my friends one runs custom dump pipes and makes good power for an auto

Yeah I got some custom made dump pipes from these forums, so yeah they are mentioned in my mods list above. I guess Im a little worried about running 15psi, as I knew about the ceramic wheel problem, but I havn't actually heard of anyone blowing them out so to speak, and if I can keep everything cool then the turbos should be fine....BUT.....I guess Im playing with fire so I might turn the boost down a little However its only a matter of time before I get some KKK K26 Blitz turbos in there

well if your upgrading the turbos anyway then y not but it would suck to have to drive arround with no boost and these things tend to go wrong when you need it the least 14psi would be nothing to sneeze at

Any other mods Koffee? Which FMIC are you running? And what are you using to set the boost to 13PSI?
