why celica = cicely mosquito...

basically, when translating programs see the word, they break it up into celi and ka.
celi translates to cicely (although seri is actually [せり] (n) dropwort; Japanese parsley) and ka (among other things) means mosquito..
hence the "cicely mosquito"
