who here has heard of "Tripod"? what do you think of them? i went and saw them at the Melbourne comedy fesitval- damn they were good!! did anyone else go see them?

u will find that most of their older stuff was written when they did a segment on meric and rossos old afternoon thing on JJJ
They gave em 1hr and 3 "topics" and they went away and wrote the song, came back and played it.. pure musical genius they are, most of their funiest shit was written on that segment

althought their not awesome they are still funny... they were easily the hands down best thign about that crappy skit show they were on.
i also reckon theyd be funnier on stage with out censorship having to be takin into account. i like em

Aaaagghhhh!!! I REALLY wanted to go see that, but couldn't convince any of my weak-arsed friends to go along, coz they whinged about having seen all of tripod's material on skithouse, and a comedy-club gig.
oh well

I find that only some of there stuff is funny, I didnt got the there show at the comedy festivel but a friend went and he said they were pretty good.

Tripod aren't bad, but the Scared Weird Little Guys are MUCH better, you want musical/comedy genius? Go see/listen to those guys, very funny and clever.
