like the title sez, i'm lookin for an ma70 supra or a mz20 soarer...

very flexible with wat i want... only "musts" include:

must be in sydney
must be rego'd

i'm hoping to grab one as cheap as the one that went a couple of weeks ago (under $2800 for the soarer)

You only get what you pay for , and that one last week was worth what it sold for.

My stock standard Auto i paid $8k for and that was importing it late last year and i could have imported many for under 4k but i wanted an immacualte example in which i paid for Smile

A pretty decent one you will need to spend $5 - 6,000

yeah, 5-6 is my budgeted price range, so i don't have any unrealistic expectations

still... if someone is looking at getting rid of one on the cheap, let me know

totally agree, i got mine with logbooks from japan completly unmodified for over 9k in nov of 03 with about 50k km on the clock. even came with all the manuals for the car and tv etc! i hate looking at figures u spend on your cars..

ps.. if u want to spend more ive been toying with the idea of selling mine.

Hi, I'll be putting my soarer up for sale in the next week or so, once i have changed the timing belt and put 12 months rego on it which should all happen this week.

I have a 1990 MZ21 Soarer 3.0 GT Limited
Leather interior
Auto
3" exhaust from turbo back
BOV
K & N style air filter
Boost Guage
Alarm
Fuel chip
Aftermarket suspension
12 months rego
wheels not included i'm afraid

Asking $8000ono for it and will work from there

New motor was put in this time last year when i got the car and blue slipped and registered myself, regretably later thought that i should of gone straight for dropping in the 1JZ and done a manual conversion which i began to make plans on doing with this one until i came across my new puppy in japan which has the 1JZ in it and is manual not to mention many many mods to get a claimed 700 hp. So that one is due in the next week so it is now neceesary to get this one sold and put some money back in the bank.
