well i wasnt sure that y i asked. like the 3tgte is just a 3t bottom end there is no modifications except for the one hole i guess.

13T is pushrod, hence you will have to modify the cam oil hole for a DOHC 3TG. For the oil return you could just weld up a hole in the sump.
