Floating car on the news?

Did anyone see the blue floating car on the news last night? Apparently some people were trying to escape from some country and they modified a car into a boat.
Does anyone have a link to a news article on this?

Very cool.
They had a prototype boat/car thing on that show "Beyond Tomorrow" a few nights ago they said it was a few years away from production.
The designers should have a chat to these Cuban escapees as they seem to have their shit sorted

They sunk it.
I suppose the propulsion was 6 x cubians rowing out the windows
There is a company in China making aqua vehicles out of Isuzu 4WD's.

The New Zealand designed one looks pretty cool, cruise speed of 50 km/h on water and can achieve 150 km/h on the road. not bad
especially since it's road legal and takes 12 seconds to change between motor car to jet propelled speedboat
