I have a sticker on the side of my engine that says:
SG 4A-E10G
10|15|A2|169
**Bar Code**
Anyone know what this means. I'm trying to figure out what type of engine this is MAP or AFM. The engine is already in the car, and this is all i know. I don't even know where the engine came from.
Cheers, Arthur

That will be a stock sticker from whatever importer the engine came from, it means nothing to us.
Take a picture of your engine bay particularly the quarter near the air filter.
We can tell you whether its AFM or MAP as there will be no AFM if it is a MAP engine.

Yeah about that, the engine is basically only the engine, no air filter or piping from the inlet, its dizzy less, 4 coils on side, the interccoler and piping is in bits and pieces in the boot, there is no computer, no starter motor but its located next to firewall,
but i'll get some pictures up anyway, just a bit later as i'm not at home.
Thanks

Sounds like a MAP sensored unit. Pretty sure that most of the AFM GZEs had a dizzy.
