My rides from day 1

Thought it was about time I put up a few pics of my past and present rides.
I bought my first cressida when I was 17. It was standard besides the 17" wheels and lowered. I learnt the hard way in this thing not to do roll backs in an auto - the day I got my licence!
I traded the cressida in on a brand new AE112. First mods were 17" wheels and lowered.
This was the first stereo installation. Probably the best sounding stereo I've had. All components were Blaupunkt.
This is the second set of 17's I had on the rolla. The BSA's all had small cracks the whole way around the wheels. By this time the car also had hitek headers and a 2" S/S system.
This is the second system in the corolla. Much more bass but the sound quality with the one sub was much better.
This was my bomb. I bought the corona one owner with original 160000kms. It was as clean as. I sold to a mate who gave to his grandfather about two years ago. Since I sold it its done about 1000kms. When the old man can't drive any more ill get the thing back as my project car. Blown 1UZ would be nice!
This is how the rolla looked at the end. The only difference is the 18's. This is also were everything started going downhill with my cars. It was time to grow up and my fiancee and I bought a house!

I think here I went temporarily insane! I bought a practicle car. Most boring thing I have ever drivin, plus it was auto and I hate auto! Didn't last long! The only mods were the 18's and suspension.
I was back. Found this one on toymods. 89 cressi with 7M-GTE and 5 speed manual. This car was a beast, allot fun to drive to. Pulled a 14.3sec quarter mile and was dynoed at 164rwkw. nothing huge, just allot of fun.
The only mods I did to the cressi was bolt on my 18's and install a turbo timer. Unfortunately the cressi didn't last long either. I was getting married and i needed cash, and something that was a little cheaper to run.
I think I went insane again! Picked this beast up nice and cheap (there was a reason it was so cheap - read on) 22r auto on gas so it was cheap to run and very very very very slow!
I got the lux looking half respectable but I blew head gasget two weeks later. Instead of just fixing the head gasget I wanted to do a big conversion - mmmm 1UZ! My bro brought me back down to reality and we went for the much cheaper 22RE manual conversion. Unfortunatly I got f#*ked over by the guy I got to do all the machine work for the rebuild. I probably could have put the V8 in it for the money I've spent on this 22RE piece of crap. The good thing is now that its probably the freshest most reliable 22RE around.
This is the latest addition to the family. My wife and I have a bubz on the way so it was time to get the family car. My wife drove a hyundai elantra lowered with 17's. We traded it in about 2 weeks ago on this beast. So far I've lowered it using king springs and put on the 19" RTG rims.
