You need a Mk3 Supra diff, they are LSD although I'm not sure if 4.11 gears are easily available. Anyway it's a bolt in proposition for an MX83, the rear end is nearly identical. I think there's a Supra diff in the for sale section at the moment?
You can also use a Hilux LSD centre, but it requires a little more work... they tend to be cheaper though.

MA70 or GZ20 are the likely easy options although I believe there may be some subtle differences making it not quite bolt up.You can however swap the centres around for a small fee at any diff place.
The Hilux swap is a MAJOR PITA - the IRS centre runs big bearings that are specially made for Toyota. Do not attempt this unless you are ready for an expensive, headache riddled experience ! I am currently doing the reverse (swapping an MA70 IRS LSD into a Hilux carrier) so I am able to use some std catalogue bearings.

MK3 Supra diff is NOT a bolt-in option for MX83...I know, as I tried to source one for just this purpose, only to have the bloke sourcing the bits compare the two and find out that they are just different enough to preclude a straight swap.
The solution is to use the MK3 internals in an MX83 carrier, which is what I have sitting in my garage, ready to go into mine.

Ummm...Supra gears?
Seriously, I have no idea. I'm assuming these are a little shorter (higher numerically) than the Cressida's stock gearing.

The G/MZ20's run 4.3 or 4.5:1 depending on whether they are auto or manual. Supras (MA70s) run a bit taller gearing I think. Someone else might be able to confirm.

To be accurate, I believe it's 4.556:1 - that's probably a bit too short for comfortable highway cruising, although good for the strip!
The gears should be interchangable.

Old Soarer, yep they come in LSD (I have one but not for sale), and the gears should slot into your Cressida carrier (I believe this is what Biased99 did).
As for gearing changes with different tire sizes, there are 'calculators' for this on the net - I don't know any websites off the top of my head. Just do a search on any search engine.
Cheers Dave.

GA70/MA70/JZA70 makes no difference, they're all the same chassis and they all have the same diff type (G series).

Just for interest's sake, does anyone know what the ratio for an MA70 LSD is likely to be? As I stated above, I assume it will lower than the standard MX83 item (3.9?)...just curious as to how much lower. (I've no interest in 4.55 ratio "burnout specials" behind the 1UZ )
Also, as an aside, I'm having some new rims fitted to the car tommorrow (17" CSA Prowlers, as I like the look of 'em). Anyway, the tyre place has some Falken FK451s lying around from someone who couldn't pay for them, and I'm wondering if we'll be able to squeeze these under the Cressida's guards. The sizes?
Front: 235/45ZR17
Rear: 265/40ZR17 (Like I said, SQUEEZE!)
Rims are 17 x 8s
(Fallback option is Dunlop 3000As in 245 on the rear)

im sure the 265 wont fit man...hey the ratios i was offered were 3.9, 4.23 and 4.551 so i'm geussing thats wot they came with...
it shouldn't be to horrible with the 4.5s in it it does 200 in third with the 3.9's "i've been told"
plus its got a full mechanical trd lsd which is pretty wild

I have some friends with MA70 turbos, and they have a 3.7:1 ratio. They're both autos though; I suspect a manual would have a different ratio. GA70's and JZA70's are probably different again.
