i already know about the 3au instead of the 4ac and the tail lights and parkers (0n the levin) are there any other visual differences?
ive just got the opportunity to get some fairly suiting number plates and im just toying with this idea

Im not 100% sure, but all the AE85's i've seen have the flip grill or letterbox grill.
Interior is pretty much the same, and the mirrors might be different too. As i said im not 100% sure, but these are a few things i've noticed on all the 85's i've seen.

the lights on the bumper which shine onto the numberplate the j-spec dont have any except its next to the numberplate in the number plate area, the mirrors are more round on a j-spec, why bother with a j-spec ae85 ? the ae86 aus spec is basically the same thing if not better condition.
