Yes the bellhousing you are currently using with your 2TGEU will fit up too a 3TGTE, however there are other factors to consider.
If you use that bellhousing, you are commited to using the weaker T50 style gearbox, as you probably already know?! What you'll also need to consider is the flywheel and clutch setup too. Dismissing custom clutch setups, you'll need to run the smaller 2TG style flywheel and clutch too, as the input splines for the T50 and the factory fitted W55 are different, requiring the smaller clutch, and the smaller clutch also has a different bolt up PCD than the larger standard style clutch.

If you definately have a W55 in your car already, you will already have the original 3TGTE bellhousing in there too!

im not 100% sure that its a w55 but by specs it should be.
