just the "bare" engine? or does it come with dizzy and other components such as Intake manifolds, ECU etc?

sunny, im 95% sure that the 20v g/b will work with 16v shafts (which are incidentally exactly the same as ae82 singlecam shafts, which you can pick up from the wreckers for about $20 each)
they also have the same spline pattern at the hub.
just my 2c worth.... good luck with the sale.
