I am doing the converion of 101 coil pack GZE converion to sprinter.
Could anyone tell me how to make the rev-meter working?
They say that as is running on coil pack, it got a different way to connect up to the Rev...

There is a pin out on the ECU for tacho.

i make these signal adapters
which work on most toyotas and most microtechs

are u using a microtech

or the dli converter

I just using ae101 gze stock ECU,
Is your signal adapter can help?

If you have a tacho pin out of the ECU then you will need a converter to make the stock tacho work. Stock tacho needs a voltage spike signal from a coil, the ECU gives a 5V square wave.

If the ECU doesn't have a pinout you can tap into the wires running the coils and make your tacho work.

I have circuit diagrams for both circuits at home and I can email them to you or post them here in a couple of days if you like.

are u using the dli converter cause this is what u need to run 4agze coils on a 20v

if u are then u use my device and run it off the 4agze ignitor

u cant run it off the coil as yr tacho will read half speed
