Depends. I've never used the SMS or 1900 number method, but if you log in to the website and use the "bugz", the ringtone comes through instantly

hmmm ok then.
I use the bugs, but am still waiting on a ringtone and wallpaper since about 1pm, and there is no-where on there to go for help, it just has some stupid message about that part of the site has been moved or something.

yeh tell me about it.
i tried registering and i didnt recieve the sms confirmation. was having network problems at the time.
i've e-mailed them heaps, since i can not register without that code. and i cant create a new account coz u can only have 1 account per number.
they are quite useless for support and help sort of thing.

Jeez, that sucks I know they have zero support, thankfully I've never needed it. The only problem I had was when my GPRS wasn't activated, so I couldn't download the tone. They send the tone to you by sending you a "push" message that has the address of the tone for you to download.

hmmm, I'm over it, I've even double and triple checked that it is the right number and everything, I think I might just send them a nasty little email now since it has been 24 hours and I paid for them.

if your after ringtones, don't use blue sky frog
use www.summerston.net you can either wap into it with your phone and get ringtones
for the cost of your wap time which would prob be a whole 10cents or somthing like that or go into the site and search their ringtones and you'll get a special "wap key" which you use on your phone
very handy site
