Hi Guys,
I know a billion other guys have maybe asked the same questions. But anyway here goes...
Ive got a t28 off an s15.... and I want to turbocharge my aw11 1987 model.
it's a 4agze atm...
Where can I get a manifold ? or someone should be able to make one up right?
Also I can run the stock computer?
Intercooling is meant to be a problem, does anyone know if ill have to upgrade and where i could buy an upgraded cooler from?
I heard the stock injectors will handle, but fuel pump wont, so its all good..
is there anything else ill need?
thanx heaps

hks make a turbo manifold for the 4age.
there generally is one for sale on e-bay all the time - there are copies available as well ("kits" even). typically cost around $us250 each though, and freight will be a killer.
i assume you motor is a factory aw11 spec one? (that is afm type?)
there is info on the web from people who have sucessfully done this conversion, with huge power increases!

i posted a thread a while back that had a link to the original HKS aw11 turbo manual....
see if you can find it with the 'search' feature....
i had a lot of fun with my ze when it was s/c, but the more i drive it with the turbo, the more i like it...
even with a little T-25...
stock computer is fine, it is spose to be only able to handle 14psi max, but a couple guy's over in the states are running 16-18psi with the factory ECU, injectors and fuel pump.....
but a lot are starting to use a Supra (1989, i think) injectors (440cc) and the fuel pump, it fit's right into the aw11 fuel tank...
i cant fault my factory ze intercooler at the moment..
when i have the pennies, i will be putting these babies into mine...
you will need a ge throttle body, and a few other bit's and peices for a sucsesful conversion....
good luck and have fun...
