Otherwise talk to DAVE at SLEEKA SPARES, and see what he can do.

He has rebuilt a ra28 steering box for me a while back, for a good price too. My ra28 had the best darn turning feedback, so solid and no slop at all.

Oh and if u ever need a spare box to use for parts/casings ive got a couple of complete ra2x/ta22 steering boxes sitting around not doing much.

Hehe i just noticed u said the SOUTH SIDE of adelaide, and Sleeka Spares is kinda on the other side.(north).. BUT Its worth making the trip out to pooraka every now and again, dave is a gun when it comes to early toyotas and parts in my opinion..

Otherwise u could try Toyoland Auto Wreckers or U-Pull-it, and see if either of these mobs have a used item around.

Or even ring Action Suspension Engineers, and see if they can source parts for it..

Dave mite be able to get the bits tho, he managed to find a few suppliers of bits/bearings/seals for my RA2x steering box rebuild.
