Flywheel, Pressure Plate and Clutch (MR2 or Celica) Sat, 18 June 2005 07:38 Go to next message
I've got an MR2 flywheel, used, great condition. Believe it's off a 3S-GTE version, not sure of the year.

Also have a Pressure plate and clutch disc from a 3SGTE ST205 Celica. Pressure plate and disc fit the above flywheel perfectly. Disc is brand new and 9" diameter. Pressure plate has some surface rust in on part of the side, but otherwise brand new and great condition.

I can post pics, if neccessary.

Local pickup only, Dandenong area.

Asking $300 for the lot.

Thanks.

the parts will fit st165, st185 no need to say st205 or sw20 mr2 turbo as they all share flywheel and clutch parts.

Oh ok..thankyou for that.

OK..I have a Clutch and Flywheel for Celica/MR2. Clutch is BRAND NEW, pressure plate has some very minor surface rust on the corner of the housing and the flyhweel is in great condition. If anyone needs pics, please let me know.

Reason for selling is that they will fit my crankshaft, but won't work with my motor in terms of clutch slippage and starter engagment, so i'm trying to sell these to fund the right one for my engine.

Asking price is $300.

Thanks.

I'd say they will. The flywheel is off a MR2 3SGTE, Gen 2, so it'll def bolt up. Pressure plate and clutch are all dependant on that. Only thing to check would be the spline/input shaft size, and if the starter motor will engage the same way it does with the MR2 box. I think it will.
