There are two that count up to 999km  The left most twisty stick thing rotates two ways so you can reset either.
But anyway, that is the same instrument cluster as i have on my car, cept my car has orange needles

Hehe, I'm with Hydra in saying it is out of a 1GGE powered GA61. My car has the digital version of the dash, and the soft and hard redline marks match perfectly, and I would assume the AA63 would only get the oil warning light rather than the gauge.

Most 1G powered cars have a 9 grand tacho.
He's got soft red @ 7300 and hard red @ 7800, so yeah, GA61 fo shizzle.

looks exactly like my old dash in celica.
but redline is different.
mine is TA63, it was powered by a 3T-EU.
but that had redline more like 7 or 6.5k.
can't rem.
strange it was higher than mates 21r.
(this is 'going' by stock dash redline thingy)
21R Overhead cam, vs 3T pushrod, and 3T red was 500-1000RPM higher.
