Hey man, pretty much any O2 sensor will work, I decided to use a toyota one.
Just make sure when you get the flange welded on it's nice & close to the exhaust ports, otherwise it will not heat up enough for the O2 sensor to work. If it is too far away (which is what's happened to me) you can use a heated sensor, which has a couple more wires & heats itself up, so it works sooner & doesn't have to be real close to the exhaust ports.
Hopefully I'll be hooking up my 4 wire sensor tomorrow.....

Pretty much any toyota, I've got one off a GT$, an AE92 twin cam, and recently got a 4 wire one off an RA60ish celica, cost me $45.
Pick & Payless is good 'cos an O2 sensor falls under the "it fits in your pocket so it's free" clause....
