Just wondering if anyone has changed one of these before? Basically from what i've heard the timing belt has to come off, the drivers side engine mount, the cover for the cam gears/timing belt, and supposably its not too bad from there onwards.
I'm wondering if there is anyone in vic willing to do this, i'm willing to pay in any (well nearly) form, (Beer, straight cash)!!
Maybe u could PM me roughly how much you would charge and where your located?

Just DIY - it's not too hard a job man No special tools should be required.
Is one of yours leaking?

Yeah the mechanic told me that it was leaking... I thought it was the power steering pump,
How much is the gasket itself?
How long does it take?
I'm worried about the timing belt not being on the right gear..

Getting the cam timing right is the only tricky part
Usually takes a coupla goes in my experience to get the cam timing right (getting tension on the belt is near impossible whilst adjusting the cam gears so you have to compensate for that).
Just give yourself an afternoon off to do it, it could take a few hours by yourself or more depending how experienced/quick you are.
