HELP! Opinions needed...

Ok, so i'm doing my superstrut conversion, a workshop has left me in the lurch, and i'm trying to get on the track on friday.
The question is, if i'm careful, and measure very accurately (by hand) can i re-drill my new 5x100 discs to 4x100 at home???

No.
Unless you are particularly good at measuring and have some good gear like a drill press and are very competent with such things I think it wouldn't be a good move.
Ring around and find an engineering shop that can do it.
You could well end up destroying a few hundred dollars worth of discs and risk it being uber-dodgy in an attempt to get on track that bit earlier. Do it properly.

Yeah, thanks Henn, i kinda knew that was the sensible thing to do. I think had i got a bunch of, "nah, she'll be right mate!"s, i might've considered having a crack, better to wait though!

yar, you don't wanna be 1mm out, and have the disc wobble the bearings to death .. if you had a lathe with an indexed rotating mount thingy... that'd work

You mean an indexing head of course! Pretty sure that's what it's called.
