1st pic: one is a cold start enrichment (5th injector) temp sensor the other is a temp sensor for the factory ECU (also works with some aftermarket ECU's) can't remeber off the top of my head though which colour does which.
2nd pic: I assume again you are asking about the sensor. Another temp sensor, this one goes to the gauge in the dash.
3rd pic: shocking photo, all I can see is the hole for the dizzy or crank angle sensor (which ever your engine uses)

Ummm, in my experience dizzy's dont use gaskets coz you rotate them.
They have an o-ring on the shaft instead.
Could be different for this motor, but its been like that for every motor I've ever worked on.

For the housing in pic one that has the two sensors in it I would go to Toyota and get the proper gasket, it's the same gasket for all of the 16 valve 4AGE's. If it leaks it's a khunt to fix while the engine is in the car in RWD format, in my car I would have to lift the engine out to do it as the space is so confined. I would definitely not cut a corner on that one!
Gasket is under $10

Oh and in pic 2 the thermostat housing uses a rubber o-ring as well (mine does anyway). The o-ring came with the thermostat.
Maybe you don't need your goo after all
