I have a 4agte running the AFM gze management. <6months ago when the conversion was just completed, we used a wideband o2 sensor to setup the boost on road. We had it set at 1.1-1.2bar with safe to rich afr's (around 11:1 on full boost)
Yesterday the car was put on a dyno dynamics dyno to setup the hiperboost boost controller, the only things that have changed since the last time was shorter intake piping, a different BOV and the hiperboost.
Initially we were getting crazy lean (25:1 on boost!) readings, this was due to the pipe that the o2 sensor sits in being too small for the exhaust. We then changed to a bigger pipe and things were more normal.
But this time the most i could dial in was about 10.X psi at about 130rwkw without it spiking when the boost builds? (12:1 AFRs on full boost)
Is this a descrepency between o2 sensors? Are my injectors dirty/shagged? What could be causeing this?
