the height of the tyre away from the rim, ie. low profile tyres to suit 17's , 18's are 45 , 40 , 35 series. so since these are 15's they dont need to be low profile and are therefore 60 series !!!
these are good wheels for the price, good luck with sale

Close ... but i will add to what u hav started...
say for example your tyres are 205/60/15... then the 205 measurement is the width of tyre across the surface.. then the 60 part means the side wall of the tyre is 60% of the 205 measurement..!! oh and the 15 would be how round it is..!
and free bumpage..!
