Looks like the setup in the 1UZ/MX5 bullet roadsters.

By memory whatever bodies they used (8 of) made enough intake noise, mind you while being measuring the exhaust to not pass compliance. They knocked it back to 4.

ok to really clear things up... the car is known as a Mountach... from the late 80's / early 90's. It's re-manufactured based on a series 1 rx7 body.

The setup uses 2 sets of quad throttles from the 4age with custom manifolds, linkages, and ram setups.

the guy's name is Tony Miller if i recall correctly... here is the link to the vid of it being revved... unsure whether you have to join lextreme first or not (i am a member)
