I'm also interested, since RWD Celicas never came out with rear discs! (With the exception of some RA65's, but they have IRS).

ta22 gt had a disc end and did and other "GT" models, this one is out of a supra celica 83-85? but will bolt in to all early celicas. only mod is the panhard arm needs to be adjustable or shortend in length. not sure about lsd.

Dude, 82-85 Supra is IRS. Definetly not a bolt on for early celicas which are all solid axcel, not even solid axcel celicas of the same series (ie RA60). An MA6x rear end would bolt onto and ra65 or sa63 (assuming sa63 got 7.5" diff, not sure), but then you'd have to sell the rear semi-trailing control arms as well.

if its an ma45 rear end - its discs - but no LSD - is that right
and NUP ! ta22 GT's had rear drums just like the normal one - only changes were twin cam - LSD, few interior tricky bits - and the name ..
( just checked my good old celica manual that came with my ta22
I hear ae86 GTS rear ends can be modified to slot in too - but then again if you want that extent - id go the full Commodore/skyline borg warner LSd modified to fit
