i bought a fwd 4age that was imported and i dont know what
its out of?. the loom is f*****d so im trying to find out
what its out of to buy a loom and ecu to run it. is there
any way or differences in engines to tell what its out of?.

by the way ive swapped the intake/exhaust to rwd. and the loom
im currently running on it doesnt work at all its a rwd loom/ecu

It looks like an early AE92 4AGE (TVIS, 7-Rib Block, MAP Sensor 88KW). You could run any management from any TVIS Motor on it - AE82/AE86 or AE92 Early.
