car freight costs

If anyone can give me an idea of the cost of freighting a small car from Perth to Sydney - or point me in the direction of somewhere to get a quote - I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

i would say from $900-1500 for a running car or more if it doesn't

I was getting quotes of $420-$480 Bris to Melb. It varies a little on whether its door to door or depot to depot, but not a huge amount. My guesss would be around $900-1000, but that is a stab in the dark.
I just googled, searched the yellow pages and asked friends. Can't remember any names, but there are a handful of transport companies out there.

Perth to Sydney can be REALLY cheap if you shop around.
A lot of trucks come this way full, and drive back somewhat empty, so the cost is minimal.
