FS: RX-7 brake calipers and adaptor plates for sprinter (*now with pics*) Tue, 28 June 2005 10:50 Go to next message
i have for sale a pair of rx-7 brake calipers and a pair of adaptor plates to suit. (adaptor plates are oxygen-cutted)

Was told that should use stock rx-7 rotors and need to machine down the diameter of the sprinter hub so that the brake rotor can go over it. will need to use longer studs as well.

reason for sale is that i've decided to keep the stock ones.

$550 ono

i would assume it was done with a plasma cutter (computer controlled, creates an arc and then uses oxygen to do the cutting).

I agree,it'll be plasma. oxy acetylene gives so rough a cut generally speaking that you'd be hard pressed to sell them as they'd be covered in jagged, slag covered edges.
