Blowing Exhaust Manifold Gaskets on MA61

ok. since i had my new engine installed about 4 - 5 months ago i'm currently on my 2nd exhaust manifold gasket. the last gasket was installed no more than 6 - 8 weeks ago and i can start to hear this one blowing too.
What would the cause of this be? Old exhaust manifold on new engine block warped. Bad installation. or Falty gaskets. the gasket that they put on it 2 months ago was supposidly thicker than the stock one recommended.
Even though i'm covered for 3 years for this sorta problem the mechenics (dodgy ass place) is going to get sick and tired of replacing my gaskets every 2 months.
Any thoughts on what i should do? should i keep hitting them up and say that they aren't installing it right, or is the problem so bad that i really need a new exhaust manifold.
Would like ya comments on this issue.
thanks

Are all of the exhaust manifold bolts done up correctly? It's relatively easy to strip the threads in the alloy head (I did it a couple of times) so it's quite possible that it's not bolted down tight enough... which would certainly lead to a blown gasket.

Check:
1. That the head and manifold are both square, no warped surfaces
2. That all bolts are doing up well
3. That theres no lumps on the surfaces
4. Use a Toyota gasket, with the metal firing rings - infinitely superior to those cardboard cheapo ones!
