4agze - gauge readings (oil, exhaust temp, fuel pressure etc)

This may seem stupid to those who know but I don't!!!
The gauges to monitor the engine performance such as
Oil Temp
Water Temp
Oil Pressure
Fuel Pressure
Exhaust Temp
What should each of these sit at (and range between) for a 4agze running efficiently, and also at what readings are getting to the extremes when you should "start" to worry (obviously there is a point that is going to be stupidly obvious that you should worry).
Id rather be safe than sorry.

Water temp should be between 80 - 90c. Anything over 100 I would be getting worried.
Oil pressure, at cruise I think 50psi or so is good. 4age's tend to run pretty high oil pressure though. Idle around 30psi maybe.
Fuel pressure, I believe should be around 40psi.
Unsure about exhaust temp and oil temp.
