gday,just new to this site and would like to know if anyone has tried putting a 1jz engine into a 180sx,if you have or know anyone that has ,would like to hear from you

not likely, given that 99% of ppl here put toyota motors into toyota bodies...
but damn that sounds like a good idea!
why not spring for the extra 0.5L and get a 2J? they are probably a pretty similar physical size...

It's been done before, there's a bloke in Australia with a 1j in an S13 Silvia, was a write up about it in HPI. Also I believe there was an S15 in the D1 Grand Prix with a 1J in it?
There was a website with stuff about it, but it's down now. Which is unfortunate, cause a mate of mine also wants to put one in an s13
