It's all in the use of a comma, if you had placed one after the word core, it would mean it was just a core. Had you placed it after the word cooler, it would indicate a complete 'cooler, with a core of the said dimensions. No comma, confusion as to what exactly is being sold. I was looking to purchase a complete intercooler, with a core of the size quoted.
Question, How could it handle 15 psi, without the end tanks?
This is probably not the place to discuss grammar.Call it a bump instead.
