3sge valve stem seals and piston ring questions

Toyota want about $150 for a new set of valve stem seals. I asked if 7m ones will fit as i have a spare 24 of the buggers. Toyota say that the intake are the same, the exuast ones are different. (might be the other way around, can't remember)
So does anyone know if the valve stem seals are indeed different for the intake and exuast vavles? And if 7m valve stem seals will fit?
Also this particular gen1 3sge is burning an unhealthy amount of oil but drives perfectly (ie no loss of power)
I did do a quick and i mean real quick compression test on the number 1 cylinder on a cold engine and it came out at aroung 120PSI which did seem abit low, would you suspect the rings bieng worn and allowing it to burn so much oil?
Will be doing a proper comp test this weekend. But would like to diagnose if it's valve stem seals or rings. Any tips would be appreciated.

Anybody?
here's a breakdown.
Will 7m-gte valve stem seals work in a 3sge engine?
Are the intake valve stem seals different to the exuast valve steam seals? (on a gen1 3sge engine)

Ask Toyota Spare Parts.
The compression issue could be the Valves/Seats.
They do wear out and need re-seating.

yeah will just have to take toyota's word for it.
The valves are seating perfectly, alot of carbon was removed when i had the head off and they seat perfectly now.
I will rule the piston rings out of the equation as i did a proper compression test and got 180PSI across all 4 cylinders.
Looks like valve stem seals are the cause of burning oil.
