ecu not turning off??

hey ova the last 2 days wen i turn my car off the ecu only stays off for about 10 minutes then turns bak on and starts the fuel pump and everythin. wat could be rong??

I'd say the ign barrell is completing the circuit again, that's where I'd start looking for poor connections

il leave the battery unhooked and have a look tomorrow morn.
could it be water in a relay??
