Well i'm probably wrong but to me that looks like a Gen 1 i.e. 89-91. Strange, I thought the SX grilles were colour coded?
Anyway after looking at finney's 1990 Seca the lip looks like it came as standard, again i'm probably wrong

the series one sx corolla is the one pictured above, the 2nd gen came with a different grille with the toyota logo in the middle and no lip on the bottom to my knowledge.

Front lip comes in 2 parts, LH and RH.. Bloody impossible to find. I gave up looking and knocked something up out of fibreglass.

They are the series one bumpers and grilles...
The Series 2 Seca came with the CSi front end...
