18R-g or 18r-geu?

no problems really wiyh the 18r-g, but the 18r-geu is injected, which means changing a bundle of things (but also means mod heaven)

Yeah, wot he said. This is as easy as engine conversions get, you just bolt it in and go. Even the EFI version isn't that hard since these things had very simple engine management.

efi isn't much harder, just more annoying.
need high pressure fuel lines, fuel pump ... just a couple of extra hassles

Yeah the EFI conversion is bloody easy. As long as you get a complete motor and one that still has the standard loom, you could fit and wire it in a day.
