im a little confused as what to do. my problem is i have a bigport ae92 4age in my sprinter at the moment but i tried using a jdm ae86 loom on it can i just get an aftermarket ecu fitted and use the jdm loom or do i have to get a ae92 loom .ive tried ae82 ecus and it makes the injectors not open.
please help

Im guessing you could tune the aftermarket ecu to whatever loom you have, fair chance half your loom will be replaced anyway.
I strongly suggest you talk to the people installing the ecu, then decide the best corse of action.

will there be a problem with injectors i still have the ae92 injector in but i had to switch the plugs on the jdm loom to fit then.some people say theres a difference btween them.will this matter with aftermarket ecu.

What loom you use really doesn't matter. It's just a bunch of wires and plugs. If the plugs were right and the wires were about the right length you could use the loom out of an Excel (Unlikely, but just illustrating a point).
The computer and ignitor are the important bits to match to the engine. If you have the stock computer, get a wiring diagram and connect up the wires to where they should go. If you have an aftermarket ECU, just wire up your engine as the ECU manual explains then take it for a dyno tune.
