AFAIK, the gearbox mounts etc are the same, but, the shifter comes in on the wrong side...

You mean the gear slector input shaft? so it would be facing the back on a Mr2?

I'm currently using my old C-52 until I get a LSD for my E-51..

And if I break it, I've got a spare.

Exactly - Apparently, you can get creative with a big drill and get it to come out the other side if you're feeling brave.

Hey Ben,

Also man, Which series GZE you running?
Series 2 with/w-out coil packs? did you do the wiring yourself?

I'm using an original mr2 ZE motor.

So, the wiring was a piece of piss, just plug in the new loom and go!

The C-52 seems to be holding up OK, it doesn't like being rushed from first to second anymore, but, I get the feeling that I might have a clutch hydraulic problem.

Traction is surprisingly good - my biggest problem off the line is clutch slip, but, I think that might be the hydraulic issue again. Even out of corners, it just tends to squat on the rear wheels and go.

Lyle,

I did the opposite, converted MR2 to run FWD selectors, thats the easy part, I dont know how to pull the MR2 selector forks out though without disassembling the box heh... I cut mine off and the GT4 selector forks went straight in without ease.
