hi guys
I know that this question may have been brought before.
but I wanna know which Toyata does it come out of.
I know T18 and Jap sprinters. what other car does it come out of.
this question is really for the guys who own a RA40.
because I was told there also come out of the RA40.
if they do come out of a RA40. how different is it to a Jap Tseries diff?
because I'm trying to fit it into my sprinter.
I don't really wanna start pulling things out then find out that is does not fit.
please help.

T seties differentials are behind many cars.
Only #E7# or #E8# differentials will fit your fooly sik drift machine.

not true
An RA40 diff WILL fit an AE86 - the only differences will be a wider track (a few mm) and the panhard rod mounts. Both can be easily solved

ae86slaver
you sound like you might know what you are talking about.
reason for the question is becuase I have a friend with a RA40 that he is not using. I wanna take that diff to put on my sprinter so i can get a LSD set up for my car.
I have a T50 gear box up a tail shaft that would fit a Tserious Diff prefect. so i was told anyway.
the other question is.
everyone talk about axles side. how would what LSD centre i can buy? or where or who can help me.
oh yeah
September_Squall
it is a fully sik drift machine.

all u need to do is acquire the RA40 diff, bolt it all on, get ur stock panhard rod mofidied, or get an aftermarket adjustable one (whiteline) and see if the wheels your running will fit inside the stock ae86 rear guards, if not, pump em
you will need a JDM/T18 tailshaft as the stock ae86 one won't bolt up right.
as for the LSD, anything that will fit a Zenki T series will work - do a search on the for sale forums for group buys

All I meant was the only true bolt in replacement comes from cars as described in my first post. Sure, with some creative engineering any diff will fit.

Zenki refers to the earlier form of ae86's made in japan, ie the ones made between 83-mid 85. The late 85 to 87 ae86s are refered to as "Kouki" models.
ALL aus T-series diffs will be the zenki type. So T-18, RA40, early jdm ae86 diffs will require the 24mm axles.
Eddie.
