factory exhaust is 2.25inch
the front mount intercooler is fairly small, i dont know exact dimensions, but indian has replaced his with a large hybrid cooler that fits in the front bar OK... best for me to let him chime in on that

surely uve seen the black coolers that are usually for sale, there not super small, but they are by no means a large intercooler..

as with upsizing, the more boost u plan on running, the bigger it should be. The piping is the main restriction i think (personally, have a look urslef) so id be making sure i replaced all that if spending the $$ on a bigger cooler.
I've seen some BIG turbo kits (for a 1ggte) with bigger front mounts for around 2k, might be worth getting urself one of these.

honestly you cant go wrong with one of the hybrid copy coolers, $150 and I have one fitted to my JZZ20 with 3" pipework, only need a tiny tiny tiiiiny amount cut out of the front bar to fit in a nice stealthy position
people constantly bag these coolers but my car is still making .9 bar of boost at the plenium with no boost control and just an exhaust and cooler...and after a hard hills drive you touch one side of the cooler and its hot and the other is ice cold...best $150 I ever spent IMO

1000% sure the MA70 supra struts will fit into a Z20 series soarer regardless if it was tems no-tems or even airbagged.
