factory exhaust is 2.25inch

the front mount intercooler is fairly small, i dont know exact dimensions, but indian has replaced his with a large hybrid cooler that fits in the front bar OK... best for me to let him chime in on that Smile

surely uve seen the black coolers that are usually for sale, there not super small, but they are by no means a large intercooler..
http://www.importbitz.com.au/images/cooling/7mgte02.jpg

as with upsizing, the more boost u plan on running, the bigger it should be. The piping is the main restriction i think (personally, have a look urslef) so id be making sure i replaced all that if spending the $$ on a bigger cooler.
I've seen some BIG turbo kits (for a 1ggte) with bigger front mounts for around 2k, might be worth getting urself one of these.

honestly you cant go wrong with one of the hybrid copy coolers, $150 and I have one fitted to my JZZ20 with 3" pipework, only need a tiny tiny tiiiiny amount cut out of the front bar to fit in a nice stealthy position

people constantly bag these coolers but my car is still making .9 bar of boost at the plenium with no boost control and just an exhaust and cooler...and after a hard hills drive you touch one side of the cooler and its hot and the other is ice cold...best $150 I ever spent IMO

1000% sure the MA70 supra struts will fit into a Z20 series soarer regardless if it was tems no-tems or even airbagged.

YEAH THE HYBRID COOLER IS REALLY WORTH IT FOR THE 1G GUYS DO URSELF A FAVOUR AND CHANGE TO IT , NOTICABLE DIFFERENCE IN throttle response, even with stock exhaust boost is still the same too 9 psi lesser lag compared to stock cooler

and btw if u lookat the stock piping posted above right hand side middle pipe u can see its squahed up real bad in the middle

mine is 2.5 inch pvc piping all through lollll till the bov then it goes to 2 inch

let u know when the boost is turned up and had a tune hwo much power im getting Surprised

hey there all, yeah we were thinking of changing the cooler.

also, where do i tap in for a boost control??? only lines i can see are from the turbo's to the actuators, do i have to add 2?? or is there one line that spreads to the two turbos

sorry about all the questions, but thank you for your answer's
